Gateshead Council (“The Council”), are looking to carry out a renewal of the existing arrangements for the Contract for the Management, Supply and Fitting of Tyres. As part of this process the Council is conducting a Soft Market Testing Exercise (SMTE) to seek the markets views on the Council-s proposal to undertake a procurement process to put in place a new contract. It is anticipated that the Contract will cover:- Managed Service at Depots- Roadside Assistance- General Requirements for both Managed Service and Roadside Assistance Suppliers are invited to participate in this market engagement event through the return of a questionnaire and/or a 1-2-1 session with members of the Council's corporate procurement team (please see the documents attached to this opportunity for further detail).
