- We are pleased to invite providers to a Market Engagement Event to support the upcoming procurement for our Young People-s Accommodation Service as developed through our Team around the Young Person Model (TAYPAS).
The procurement will focus on securing a provider to deliver 24/7 support and management across our newly developed, purpose-built accommodation of 28 x units of 1 self-contained accommodation. All three sites are council-owned assets, which will remain in Council ownership and be leased to the successful provider.
The event will give the market early visibility of the offer and an opportunity to help shape our final service specification.
The session will cover:
Overview of the accommodation and support model
Proposed Heads of Terms and key lease requirements
Wider service elements, including healthy and harm reduction, and Social Inclusion/Resettlement support
