Market Engagement Event: Greater Manchester Devolved Adult Education Budget (Aeb) National Skills Fund - Level 3 Adult Offer
A proportion of the National Skills Fund (NSF) Level 3 Adult Offer funding has been routed via Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) since April 2021, with GM receiving over £6m in 2021/2022 academic year from Central Government and a further allocation for 2022/2023.GMCA has for 2021/2022 allocated a substantial amount of the funding already to its existing Adult Education providers, and is currently wanting to allocate the remaining funding for 2021/2022 and extend this in to 2022/2023.GMCA are preparing to source additional lead organisations via the Education, Work and Skills Flexible Procurement System to widen the NSF Level 3 Adult Offer to more GM residents.Ideally we are looking for lead organisations who can offer a significant range of the qualifications listed by the Education Skills Funding Agency (List of free level 3 qualifications available to eligible adults - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)) and this can be with a consortium or supply chain in place to deliver a wide range of the qualifications, across the different subject sector areas and across the whole of GM.The mini-competition opportunity will focus on ensuring the offer covers across the following Tier 2 Subject Sector Areas:Accounting and Finance, Agriculture, Building and Construction, Business Management, Child Development and Wellbeing, Engineering, Environmental Conservation...
