Description : Applicable to both blocks: Rewire all communal circuits to corridors, store cupboards, lobbies, lounges, hairdressers, kitchens, guestrooms, warden's offices, laundry rooms, stairwells, boiler rooms, bin rooms, computer rooms, disaster recovery room scooter store and common external areas. Distribution Boards upgrades, replacement of suspended ceilings at Nicholson & replacement of suspended ceiling tiles only at Stephen McAdden, installation of LED lighting. Rates to include protection of all communal internal floor areas during the works. Type and method of protection to be used shall be included within the method statement.
