Description:
We have a number of parking contracts that expire in 2025/26 financial year, including:
- the main enforcement contract
- cashless parking
- back-office software contract
- sundry support contracts (e.g. printing, posting, scanning)
There may be the option to include other contracts including environmental enforcement and some back office processing services.

Suitable suppliers are invited to a virtual informal market engagement via Teams. The supplier event will take place in January/February 2025. Suppliers will be allocated individual sessions. The exact schedule will be confirmed at a later date, depending upon the number of suppliers that wish to attend. Please specify three dates and time options between insert dates that are suitable for you, and we will endeavour to support this, although we cannot guarantee you will be allocated the date/time chosen.

Please contact procurement via the portal by 12noon on 24/01/2025 if you are interested in attending. Note: We are happy to receive dates from next week.
