Description : Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) is looking for a Service Provider to provide the following services:• Annual lightning protection servicing repairs• Annual mansafe servicing• Electronic service records• Remedial repairs that arise from the servicing • Lightning protection risk assessments on buildings (optional)Please note: Rooftop may wish to appoint more than one Service Provider for these services.
