Description : NTU wish to undertake a pre-procurement market engagement exercise before any possible procurement is started, to determine suitable Leisure Management systems, capabilities, and services.NTU Sport's current Leisure Management System Software is used to manage NTU Sport's facilities and operations; this includes data reporting, access control, point of sale, online payments (membership etc.) and customer relationship management. The current platform is hosted on an NTU shared server, however there is the option to be hosted by the supplier.The system enables us to engage with and track over 10,000 students / staff, and the local community that participate in our programmes. We analyse a significant amount data from the Leisure Management System that provides insight to support our decision making. We are conducting this exercise to allow us to better understand our options for the procurement and implementation of suitable software that will meet ours and our customers needs, and are in line with the university foundations to be innovative and digitally sophisticated.At this stage we will not be formally assessing proposals, so nothing provided at this stage will be evaluated as part of any future procurement process.
