Also within the scope of this procurement, although to be managed by the successful operator under separate contracts with the relevant organisations, are leisure facilities under the control of University of Gloucestershire (UoG) and Blackbridge Charitable Community Benefit Society (Blackbridge CCBS), collectively referred to as the Authority-s “partners” within this document.
