- The Council is seeking to appoint three (3) successful bidders to the Framework as part of this Procurement and it is anticipated that the Framework will be fully operational by 2 November 2026 (this may be subject to change) and will continue for a period of four (4) years from that date with an option to extend, at the Council's discretion, for up to four (4) years (two (2) years plus two (2) years) unless terminated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Framework. Transfer of existing care packages are within the scope of this Procurement (see Specification), the contract values below are calculated based on current care packages.
