Description : This ITT has been prepared by Eastleigh Borough Council, acting on behalf of the landowner, Fair Oak & Horton Heath Parish Council for the purposes of inviting contractors with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the construction of Lapstone Playing Fields Enhancements as described in the specification documentation attached to this ITT. This ITT is for phase 1 of the works only, consisting of Construction of two new natural turf cricket squares and associated irrigation, plus non-turf pitches and a 2-lane artificial net system and is dependent on a positive planning determination on 28 June 2023.
