Description : Each year, Lambeth Council commissions an annual Residents' Survey, which:• provides a reliable source of data on the views and experiences of Lambeth residents, drawing on a representative sample • monitors the organisation's progress to achieving its strategic objectives, as set out in the Borough Plan and other key strategic documents • supports trend analysis for a number of important issues (e.g. ratings of the council, feelings of safety, community cohesion)• allows for sub-group analysis (e.g. by neighbourhood areas, by demographic characteristics)Scope of Services:The London Borough of Lambeth's Strategy and Communications division now wishes to contract a provider to undertake three quarterly surveys and an annual residents' survey in 2022.The survey will include some of the same questions as in previous years.
