The Requirement The successful Supplier will be required to design, supply, and install a new swimming pool filtration system at Ladybridge High School. About the School Ladybridge High School is a mixed secondary school (ages 11-16) in Bolton. The school currently has 1,147 pupils on roll. The school operates a busy swimming pool that is used both for curriculum delivery and community lettings. The existing filtration system is original to the 1969 facility and has now reached the end of its operational life. The school is seeking a modern, efficient, and reliable replacement system that will improve water quality, reduce maintenance demands, and ensure long-term operational sustainability. Technical Justification Following a review of the current pool system, usage levels, and the age of the infrastructure, Ladybridge High School wishes to replace its existing filtration system with a solution that reflects current advancements in technology and materials. The objective is to install a system that offers best value, optimal performance, and future readiness.
