Description : The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) has a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of trophies for the King's Awards for Enterprise. You are invited to tender for Kings Award Trophy in competition in accordance with the attached document. The requirement is for the design, manufacture, quality control and delivery of the Awards.The King's Awards for Enterprise are the UK's most prestigious awards for businesses. The Awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement by UK organisations. Each year, the winners of the King's Awards for Enterprise are presented with a trophy. The King's Awards Office is responsible for ordering the quantity of trophies required each year and instructing the supplier on the delivery addresses Requirement, budget, spend approvals and documents.The supplier will be responsible for the design, manufacture, quality control and delivery of the Awards and preferably be based in the UK. They must be able to deliver all trophies by the required date of 31 July each year, subject to agreed timescales once the contract has been awarded.It estimated that 250-300 trophies per year are required, though this will fluctuate depending on number of applications.
