- Anchor plans on completing a redecoration project at one of our locations in Kent: Jarmans Field. This Freehold retirement development is made up of 26 two-bedroom bungalows 4 three-bedroom purpose-built properties for sale. Many of the properties on site have conservatories, all built in differing ways which will require initial inspection for gutter and roofline access requirements.
