- To provide monthly independent Regulation 44 inspections of the Council-s Children-s Residential Homes with the aim of keeping children and young people safe and ensuring their voice is heard.
The Provider will prioritise and adhere to the national guidance to conduct all the visits to the Children-s Homes in accordance to the Children-s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
The Provider will examine and scrutinise how each home is managed and provide an objective, critical analysis report of the quality of the care, safeguarding and service delivery to the Council.
The Provider will also ensure the care, protection, health, education and progress of the Children and young people accommodated is a priority, also that their views, wishes and feelings are gained about the accommodation and care they receive. - Documents:
