Description:
Tenders are invited for Forensic Science Northern Ireland (FSNI) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply, installation and maintenance of a new digital microscope to capture clear, high resolution images of critical findings, essential for giving evidence and opinion on critical findings from firearms, ammunition, spent cases and fired bullets. The contract will be in place for an initial period of one (1) year to cover the purchase of the microscopes and warranty period. The initial contract period will be followed by three optional extension periods, two five (5) year periods followed by a final period of four (4) years. The optional extension periods will be for the maintenance of the microscope. Please refer to the Specification for full details of the requirement.
