Tenders are invited for ID 3359159 - DAERA - Purchase of On-site Meters and Consumables for the Sampling of Private Water Supplies CfT CA Unique ID: SSD-4267 Evaluation Mechanism: Price/Cost Effectiveness Description: The Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) is a unit within the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA). DWI are responsible for the regulation of drinking water and part of this role includes the operation of a sampling and analysis programme for private water supplies registered with them. Monitoring of private water supplies includes the recording of on-site readings at the time of collecting water samples. Handheld meters are used as part of the sampling kits for the measurement of these on-site readings. DWI require a contract to be in place to allow for; • the purchase and delivery of consumables for use with existing handheld on-site meters; • purchase and delivery of new handheld on-site meters and associated consumables; and • pricing to account for the trade-in of existing meters in part exchange.
