- IC24 are exploring the market for providers of Agency workers. Currently IC24 have a tiered system where we have tier 1 providers receiving majority of shifts and tier 2 providers receiving additional shifts. Due to the nature of our business providing a wide range of health care services, we require multiple specialist roles across the whole organisation ranging from GP's to ACPs and health care assistants. We are looking for agencies to apply for tier status on specialist roles so we can increase our fill rate and success with agencies and their candidates.
