- The housing support service for vulnerable adults is a housing support service for single adults, aged 18 years and above, with mental health needs, substance misuse problems, or who have a history of offending who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness. The service supports individuals in short-term supported accommodation units in addition to offering a floating support service to individuals living in other types of accommodation. The provider will have additional responsibilities of carrying out housing management of furnished supported accommodation, entering into lease, housing management, or service level agreements with a number of social landlords.
