- London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council (the "Council") is seeking a supplier who is suitably qualified and experienced in delivering housing repairs and responsive maintenance works, which includes emergency works, both out of hours and during the day; void refurbishment works; responsive repairs; disrepair and complex works; drainage planned preventative maintenance; roofing works; technical surveys; and damp and mould treatments. Component renewals will also be required where properties are identified for decent homes works. Whilst the Council does not anticipate establishing a framework for the bulk of the contract, one or more lots may establish a framework approach, to encourage participation by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
