Description:
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) want to replace existing hot water calorifiers within the first-floor plant room of Heather Close building and install to latest best practice standards and building regulations. This project involves the supply, (modification of existing installation) installation, testing and commissioning of the below scheduled services - this list is not exhaustive and is provided to give a general understanding of the works only. Mechanical & Plumbing Works • Isolation and draining down ready for demolition/strip out of all services/particular services • Mains cold water and Domestic water systems • General Ventilation systems • Air conditioning system • Natural gas supply and distribution system • Above ground drainage system • Automatic control/building management system Electrical Works • Isolation ready for demolition/strip out of all services/particular services • LV electrical distribution system
