• to invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the procurement.PurposeProvision of charged bank account services on defined minimum criteria which enables Homes England to be co-signatory alongside customers using an online platform. Homes England have previously procured Natwest to deliver charged bank account services to Homes England until the end of December 2022. Homes England intends to re-procure this service and anticipates the contract term commencing 1 January 2023.
