• This notice is published in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee of any future procurement opportunity, nor as confirmation of the approach outlined herein. The purpose of this Notice is: a) For MoJ to engage the market and provide an initial brief as to our future requirement and direction of travel, for the provision of High-Volume Offsite Printing. b) For MoJ to ask questions pertinent to our strategy and stage of the project and elicit useful information and answers from market experts. This will be conducted through a Request for Information (RFI) exercise. The MoJ is a diverse organisation providing services and regulation for the broader criminal justice system in the UK. As well as the core of MoJ Headquarters, it also includes His Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), His Majesty's Prisons and Probation Service (HMPPS), the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), the Legal Advice Agency (LAA), Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs) and others.
