Description : Job Title: Head of Major Capital Projects Rate of Pay: ?600 - ?800 per day Hours: 37 per week Location: Operations & Development Centre, Roway Lane, Oldbury, B69 3ES Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Brief description: This role is to manage and oversee the delivery of all major retrofit and improvement projects to Sandwell Housing Stock. As well as the day to day management of a team of experienced Major Project Managers the role is responsible for giving strategic oversight across all Major Projects being delivered by the team.
