Description : Job Title: Head of Major Capital Projects Rate of Pay: ?600 - ?800 per day Hours: 37 per week Location: Operations & Development Centre, Roway Lane, Oldbury, B69 3ES Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Brief description: This role is to manage and oversee the delivery of all major retrofit and improvement projects to Sandwell Housing Stock. As well as the day to day management of a team of experienced Major Project Managers the role is responsible for giving strategic oversight across all Major Projects being delivered by the team. The role is responsible for: o Establishing and managing a Competent Client function in accordance with CDM (2015) Regulations. o managing the relationship with key internal and external stakeholders such as Urban Design, Principal Designers and Principal Contractors. o Establishing and managing all appropriate documentation required to gain approval and then manage all major projects. o Monitoring and developing best practice within the team though tracking best practice outside of Sandwell. o Ensuring all relevant papers are developed for approval. o Ensuring all ongoing documentation is produced, obtained and stored where required and ... - Documents :
