Harlow District HDC (HDC) is seeking to procure Construction Consultancy Services - Mechanical and Electrical Engineer. This service forms part of HDC-s commitment to transform Harlow's housing, invest in housing stock and to meet Landlord obligations.It is expected that the core services required to majority of the planned capital projects will be:- Attending meetings as required- Site visits- Preparation of condition report with recommendations - Identifying needs for further specialist design- Identifying needs for statutory and third-party approvals/ agreements- Estimating cost of works - Technical design and specification including drawings as required (for Building Control approval and tender pack)- Preparation of scope/ schedule of works (for tender pack)- Preparation of as-built drawings (on completion of works)more details in ITT
