Description : Hertfordshire County Council (HCC) has the requirement for the provision of a comprehensive and innovative waste management service in accordance with legislation, best practice and the waste hierarchy for various sites managed by the Council. The contractor shall develop and implement the services to accept, handle, treat, transport and dispose of waste material covered by this contract.
