Description:
The procurement of a Contractor for the construction of a two-storey community centre, a pedestrian link between Hawkwood Road and Christchurch Road, all hard and soft landscaping and drainage, together with the provision of four retail kiosks, (size and type
to be confirmed), at the location of the Hawkwood Road car park 2 in Boscombe BH5 1BY.

The works will be carried out to the specification detailed in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council's Housing Delivery Team Employers Requirements document and the approved drawings.
