Description : The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers to deliver Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years.The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements include:i Management of grassed areas including mowing and strimming.ii Maintenance of shrub beds including pruning.iii Hedge-cutting.iv Weed control.v Leaf collection and removal.vi Maintenance of ditch-side vegetation, culverts.vii Additional service for bin emptying and extra attendance for litter-picking on specified schemes.viii Maintenance of hard standings.ix Site cleansing on selected sites (optional extra requirement on a schedule of rates)Tree works will include an element of scheduled works to maintain the condition and reliability of a tree, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments and some emergency tree works.
