Gravir Housing Development
Tenderers are invited to Tender for the provision of Principal Contractor toprovide Design and Build (D&B) services for the delivery of the Gravir HousingDevelopment, Isle of Lewis. The development consists of 4 houses with a mix of3 x 2B4P and 1 x 3B6P. The appointed contractor will take forward both theplanning and building warrant application together with associated roads andparking within the site, street lighting, drainage, SUDS basin, utilities, siteservices, footpaths, site works, play facilities (if required by planning) andlandscaping. The contractor-s proposal must also include for all otherdevelopment costs, including statutory and professional fees.
