Description : The purpose of this RFFP is to assist the Catapult in establishing a Capabilities Framework by appointing organisations who can meet ongoing and/or fast turnaround requirements.It is the Catapult's intention to utilise this Capabilities Framework to support new and on-going initiatives, likely supporting International Development and Humanitarian response activities.These may be for government funded projects, other funding bodies' projects, supporting International Development/Humanitarian organisations/consultancies, and supporting other project's needs.Whilst the capabilities required are likely to be varied, the actual requirements will depend on the projects being undertaken and the needs of the ultimate customer. In addition, it should be noted that the work may often demand both short timescales (potentially 48 hours) for the initial responses, and for the actual delivery of the capability.The capabilities required are likely to include, but not be limited to the following list. These capabilities form the lots that will be used within the Framework.
