• Description:
• The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the provision of professional consultancy services, open for use by GEM Framework customers and the wider public sector. This framework will provide access to a range of professional services to support public sector projects, including, but not limited to, Project Management, QS/Cost Consultancy, Architectural Design, Building Surveying and Mechanical and Electrical design services. The framework is being procured in accordance with the UK Procurement Act 2023 and available for use by central and local government bodies, NHS organisations, education institutions, housing associations and other public sector organisations. Call-off contracts may be awarded by direct award or further competition under the framework terms. The framework will support the delivery of construction, infrastructure, estates, and asset-related programmes, as well as wider strategic and advisory services. It will operate for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for up to 1 additional year, subject to satisfactory performance.
