SME's are welcome to provide a bid for this work.(SCAPE on behalf of Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd (the Client), are seeking to set up a new Contract for the provision of a Building Energy Monitoring System (BEMS). The Client are responsible for procuring and running the contract for Nottinghamshire County Council's (the Council) network of TREND BEMS at 10 of the Council's properties. This Contract is to provide a Bureau Service to support the TREND BEMS network for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 periods of 1 year (2+1+1 = 4 years maximum). The Bureau Service should ensure the day-to-day operation of the networked BEMS, to include: •improved comfort control for occupants; •providing energy cost savings & carbon emission reduction advice, helping the Council to meet its commitment to becoming carbon neutral by 2030; and •help to improve pro-active preventative maintenance, resulting in reduced downtime, more efficient systems operation a...
