Description : The University wishes the Contractor to submit a tender for the delivery of a laboratory project within 8 West, Claverton Down Campus. The project comprises the remodelling and modernisation of the existing office spaces at 8 West into laboratory spaces for the University of Bath. The scope includes but is not limited to the following: Remodelling of the office areas. Full decoration. New floor finishes.
