Colchester Borough Council 4. East Suffolk Council 5. Ipswich Borough Council 6. Maldon District Council 7. Mid Suffolk District Council The partnership is looking to reprocure its IT system and will need an integrated housing register, choice-based lettings and homelessness system with the following requirements: o Unlimited number of licences available/users of the system o Online registration and housing register application process o Ability for applicants to view and edit their housing register information o Document upload facility for applicants to provide verification documents o Secure customer portal where customers can access their account o Built-in logic so that the system determines Band and bedroom need taken from the Gateway Allocations policy o Built-in logic for shortlisting - a dynamic shortlisting whereby the system shortlists properties based on the Allocations policy and a o Homelessness module which links to the housing register...
