Abstract: To provide Resilient and load balanced SIP Trunk routing to The Council-s SIP Trunking Gateway, Mitel MiVoice Border Gateway (MBG).The Council is moving away from its office based hot desk thin client solution to a more mobile work force using laptops to enable much more flexible home and remote working. Key to this is effective communication and having a reliable voice platform and softphone solution is key to making this strategic switch a success.
