Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) is a national public sector buying organisation delivering an array of frameworks to the public sector. YPO are currently developing a nationwide framework for Managing Recruitment within the public sector, which will replace YPO-s framework for Managing Temporary and Permanent Recruitment (942), due to expire in January 2024.

There is no guarantee of work by virtue of being a supplier to a framework, however being an appointed supplier increases opportunities within the public sector.YPO are keen to engage with suppliers in the market to support the development of the third generation of our recruitment framework and understand the importance of engaging with both users of the framework (public sector organisations) and suppliers to ensure the next iteration meets current and future market needs.In particular, YPO would like to receive feedback from suppliers in respect of the following services:• Managed service for temporary recruitment• Managed service for permanent recruitment• Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO)...
