The UK Infrastructure Bank ('UKIB') is the new, UK government-owned policy bank, focused on increasing infrastructure investment across the United Kingdom. UKIB will partner with the private sector and local government to finance a green industrial revolution and drive growth across the country. UKIB seeks to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System ('DPS') for the provision of expert advice.

Abstract: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to the establishment of a DPS. The purpose of the DPS is to provide UKIB with access to expert advice on complex technical high value transactions. This expert advice may cover matters including, but not limited to, the investment into companies relating to green transport, critical minerals, clean energy and grid, water waste, carbon capture and storage, battery storage and gigafactories and digital infrastructure, amongst other sectors.
