Norfolk County Council is seeking to procure a Tier 2 Weight Management Service for Children and Young People in Norfolk. The Service will commence on the 1st of October 2024. The Provider will be expected to deliver evidence-based interventions to support Children and Young People (CYP) who are identified as overweight or obese (Over 91st Centile) within a whole family approach.
