Lambeth Council is seeking a provider to deliver a high support specialist Dual Diagnosis supported accommodation service for Adults with Serious Mental Illness and entrenched substance misuse (the ‘Service-). The supported accommodation service shall deliver accommodation-based support to 8 adults, with 24/7 staff cover on-site. Most service users have a diagnosis of Schizophrenia and over 70 percent are from a black ethnic group.
