Border Force, acting through the Home Office, are seeking a supplier to provide the secure collection & transportation of High Risk High Value (HRHV) items seized by them, HM Revenue & Customs, National Crime Agency and other enforcement agencies within the UK (including Northern Ireland and Juxtaposed Ports). Transportation takes place between the point of seizure (ports, airports and inland locations) to a storage location; and from storage location to disposal (by a waste contractor); other movements may also take place.
