Abstract: Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) require the provision of an on-site catering service at ‘Learning and Development Centre, 120 Dungannon Road, Cookstown, BT80 9BD. The site is due to open in Q3 2024. NIFRS currently use a Term Service Contract that covers lunch provision for personnel attending training courses and in 2019 opened a new tactical firefighting training facility outside Cookstown. This is the initial phase of the full relocation of NIFRS- Learning & Development Centre from Boucher Crescent, Belfast and satellite training facilities elsewhere.
