Description:
South Yorkshire-s Integrated Care Board (ICB), Doncaster Place have commissioned an independent evaluation of the existing service offer which is in place for those with an SMI to access annual PHCs in Doncaster. You are invited to a Market Engagement Event where the evaluation will be reviewed and options around potential future service models will be discussed. The current service was procured in 2019 and is provided by Primary Care Doncaster, sub-contracted to RDaSH. The contract is due to expire on the 15th June 2024.
