Abstract: The City of Edinburgh Council has a requirement to develop a Framework Agreement that will enable the construction of new build affordable housing as part of the Council-s ambition to increase the provision of Council and other forms of affordable housing across the city region.This indicative Lot would cover where the Council has already appointed a Design Team and allows for the services of that Design team to either be retained or be novated across to the contractor.The Lotting strategy for the Framework has not yet been finalised and the title and function of this Lot should only be considered as indicative at this time.
