Abstract: This lot will include, however, will not be limited to;- Minor capital & maintenance works, refurbishment and fit-outs, including laboratory refurbishments, and capital works within student residences, for projects between a value of GBP 0 - 750,000; and- These will be all trades contracts, including downtakings, joinery, building, plastering, decoration, ceilings, partitioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, flooring, fire and security alarms, BMS controls etc.
