Abstract: The Scottish Parliamentary Body (SPCB) is reviewing its approach to learning and development for staff. One of the options under consideration is the procurement of a fully managed learning service, whereby a main contractor would work with our Learning and Development team to source training across a broad range of subject areas, provide access to off the shelf training resources and provide a booking system and management information.The service is likely to require:- Dedicated account manager- Blended learning provided by the contractor or subcontracted from a wide variety of suppliers- Options to accommodate learning styles, recommendations for sourcing- Range of topics such as IT/technical skills, soft skills, leadership, change/project management, access to professional qualification etc.- Ability to bespoke all training (face to face/online)- Reporting and MI dashboards- Course booking system- Learning management system (integrated with Microsoft 365)- Online learning content library filled with off the sh...
