Abstract: NIE Networks has identified that a land and property management system is required which will manage all NIE Networks legal title, wayleave agreements and support the transition to faster payments/BACS providing an overall better level of customer satisfaction and ease of business process.A Wayleave and Property Management System would provide centralised control and case management for property issues; including lease acquisitions, renewals, rent reviews and other property related issues and manage our 10,000 existing title records. Furthermore, the system will have the ability to contain all of the data on wayleave agreements, customer names and addresses and have the ability to pay out cĀ£5m per year to over 120,000 grantors.
