Abstract: The full Procurement exercise is for the supply of an Instrumented Rail Clamp System. The exercise is expected to include the following Procurement events:1. PIN (current);2. Pre-Qualification Questionnaire; and3. Invitation to Tender.It is expected the 3 best Pre-Qualification Questionnaire responses, scored on set criteria and weightings will be carried on to the tender list. However this may be subject to change based on the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire event outcome.
