The Council-s current Transport Infrastructure, and Planning Services framework is an NEC4-based framework comprising 9 lots, these being split between multiple and single supplier lots. It is due to expire on 31st March 2024, having started on 1st April 2020. To that end, the Council is looking to procure a new Transport, Infrastructure, and Planning Services framework. In doing so, we hope to build relationships with a range of suppliers of different specialisms, sizes, and areas of expertise.
