Abstract: Forestry England is seeking an experienced operator that can manage a busy café, bike retail shop and bike repair workshop. The café lease area contains approximately 60 internal and 95 external covers with the retail shop currently located in an adjacent building. The concessionaire will also be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the public toilet facilities and bike wash within the lease area. Forestry England is also seeking an operator to deliver a mountain bike uplift service at the Forest of Dean Cycle Centre. An uplift service has been running at the centre since 2010, dropping off riders at set locations around the Sallowvallets block of woodland, which contains the popular formal downhill trail network. Currently, we anticipate that both concessions are 5-year business opportunities which will commence April 2023 onwards.Please indicate in your response whether you are interested in providing the café, bike retail shop and bike repair workshop...
