The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine requires a contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs including emergency callouts and training for its fire safety systems. The contract covers 4 buildings in Bloomsbury: the main LSHTM building in Keppel Street, 20 Bloomsbury Place and two buildings in Tavistock Place.
